1. Cancellation policy
   

Prime Healers customer can choose to cancel an order any time before it’s dispatched, however the order cannot be canceled once it’s out for delivery. On the other hand, it may be rejected by a customer on his doorstep. The time limit for the cancellation is different from one category to another, and an order cannot be canceled after a certain period has passed. In some cases the customer may not be entitled to cancel his order free of charge, once a time limit has been laid down and a cancellation fee is charged.

Final details of the time window shown on your product or order confirmation page will be taken into account. Full refunds will be made for prepaid orders in the event of any cancellation by the seller because of unexpected circumstances. Prime Healers reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order. The Prime Healers shall also have the right, from time to time, to waive or amend the time limit or cancellation fee.

2. Return Policy

Only 5 days free replacement is available. We make sure all the products are new or almost new and hygienic when they reach you without compromising on quality. There are a series of stringent quality checks that are undertaken on every piece of medical equipment before delivery. However, in case of any unlikely events such as defective or wrong item received, damaged product, we will provide replacement. The issue should be intimated within 5 days of delivery and item should be returned in its original condition, with outer box or case, user manual, warranty cards, and other accompaniments in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up. Prime Healers team may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement.

3. Rental Items return policy. 

In case of early termination of your order/one or more items from the order, you can request for early closure by informing us 2 day prior to the selected closure date. The difference in rental rates between ‘Contract tenure’ (the tenure selected at order placement) and ‘Actual tenure’ (effective tenure at early closure) for the selected items will have to be paid. This is applicable only during long term tenure of more than 2 months. If the agreed tenure is less than 2 months, full rental charges as per contract tenure is applicable.
